Kickstarter Information
ANOMIE’s Kickstarter campaign will launch on August 7th, 2024, at 9pm PST.
Our funding goal is $3,000 USD.
The campaign will end on August 28th, 2024. Digital rewards will be sent to backers by Friday, August 30th.
The ANOMIE Instructions Manual is fully digital. It can be accessed digitally or printed out.

This tier is for backers interested in using ANOMIE to build out their own stories. Backers in this tier will participate in one, 2hr personalized workshop session with the co-founders to discuss:
- How to use ANOMIE to build out your existing story ideas.
- How to structure character-driven stories from a game of ANOMIE.

All Backers will receive a Kickstarter-Exclusive Story Schematics table.
This table is a list of pre-generated options of the various genres and tones that can be used for your games (or as inspiration)! This will be used during the Set the Stage Step of the SETUP PHASE.

All Backers will receive a PDF copy of 20 Societal Archetypes.
A Societal Archetype is a pre-generated game sheet with pillars already rolled and some core details about the society's history already named. In ANOMIE fashion, you will still be responsible for determining how and why these elements occur.
Playing with Societal Archetypes will allow faster setups or allow players to focus on more interesting details. These are also helpful for new players or people who might be intimidated by a blank sheet.

All Backers will receive access to an exclusive Discord server, with proof of purchase. This server will have a bot that will automate dice rolls, give descriptions of the Pillars, Discover Questions, and Game Changers, and more!
We have not started development of this server.

Funding Breakdown
Funds contributed towards this campaign are being used to directly support the artists and designers who put time and energy into bringing ANOMIE to life. By backing this campaign, you not only help support our artists and designers for the work they've put into this project but also empower them to showcase their creativity and talent in future projects.
Risks and Challenges
This is a low-risk project. ANOMIE has undergone extensive development and testing over the past two years. The digital edition of the manual is complete except for the inclusion of Kickstarter supporters in the manual’s acknowledgments.
The distribution of the zine will be conducted virtually. If players wish to use a physical copy, they will be individually responsible for printing.
